The breakfast felt like a surprise party – delightful and energizing! It was as if the chefs had concocted a magical morning potion. Between the tasty options and the lovely atmosphere, it made waking up early worth every second, like finding extra fries at the bottom of the bag!

Location: the hotel was close enough to the Railway Station and the CBD, nice restaurants, and train station and town centre. I thoroughly enjoyed the room by phone rather than insecure internet facility, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The place is exceptionally clean, and the staff is caring and remarkably attentive, from the cleaner to the receptionists. the unit is modern and tidy, complete with a balcony. It boasts a perfect location next to the business center and the train station, making it very convenient for events.

quest is super clean and newly built. it’s right by the train station and close to cafes and museums. loved having a full kitchen to save on meals. jay at the front desk was so friendly and helped us with our room issue really quickly.

the balcony overlooking the garden was a sweet bonus. A bit of a letdown was the staff's unwillingness to help when i needed milk for my coffee.

I recently stayed at Quest and was impressed by the caring and helpful staff. The rooms were modern, clean, and nicely decorated. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the main street. Despite some minor issues with cleanliness and the water system, the overall experience was enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The staff deliver top-notch customer service, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.
